New headcanon: Honeymaren is actually pretty girly and loves pretty clothes and glittery stuff. Sometimes she'll be mean to Ryder and he's like 'Oh, alright, guess you don't want to see the new silver brooch i got" and she goes "NO NO NO LET ME SEE" and her eyes do the toothless thing when her pupils go wide like a kitten's. She bonds with Elsa over liking shiny things and teaches her how to use glitter but like, Northuldra style

Girl yes always of course this the only option 100% 👏👏👏👏 I've loved this idea since I 1st got into Elsamaren because:

A) It allows us to explore Sami fashion and jewelry, which btw is SO BEAUTIFUL and unique ♡♡♡♡. I have so many outfit refs saved on my phone I love it ((I love this women's braids so much and I will be using them for HM one day ♡♡♡♡))

B) This is a nice way for HM to bond with Ryder (and impress Elsa). I love Ryder and I always wanted him to have a strong sibling bond with HM, just like Anna and Elsa. And I also headcanon Ryder as a soft boy because of how excited he was to help Kristoff with his fancy proposal. So I could do both HCs at the same time!!!! Sibling bonding + pretty outfits!

((Also also if I'm allowed to sneak a 2nd hc in here real quick. I headcanoned for a while that HM and Ryder were twins and wore matching twin outfits sometimes for fun. Just because a lot of people at the time noticed all the Northuldra wore the same clothes and I thought it would be a cool reference/tie in. And matching twin outfits are absolutely mesmerizing!!! Plus you gotta really love someone and be really close to wear matching outfits ♡♡♡♡))

C) If Elsa is going to live with the Northuldra, eventually she's going to have to start wearing their clothes too. So might establish so cute fits ♡♡♡ (Maybe make some combination outfits for Elsa, since she loves her unique style)

D) I'm in love with the idea of HM having completely clashing personality traits!!! Like I want strong, muscular, fighter Honeymaren who can and will kill you, who is also a pretty girl who wears bows in her hair, flower crowns, fancy colorful brooches and changes her hair all the time for flavor ♡♡♡ And I want her to be proud, confident, and unapologetic as both 👏👏👏

E) I am a girl and I love pretty outfits and jewelry and hairstyles and color ♡♡♡

~•°☆Frozen Headcanon x6☆°•~

+ Ryder and Olaf +

So, for our first headcanon of the day☆°•~

I think Ryder (at least for a while) would not like Olaf. Olaf (despite how much I love him) is a creepy sentient snow goblin with a funny voice that can tear itself apart at will. Plus the Northuldra have a... to put it lightly, turbulent relationship with magical creatures (meaning he'd naturally be less comfortable with Olaf, compared to the Arendellians who have a pretty positive relationship with magic).

I think this would be really fitting because Olaf's F2 arc was all about getting older, maturity, change etc. And an important part of growing up is realizing that some people just don't like you and learning how to come to terms with that.

Ryder would try to be nice to him (for Kristoff ♡), but his discomfort would be obvious~~

Ryder trying to be nice to Olaf: uh... hi?

Olaf, in a singsongy happy-go-lucky voice: You know one day we are all going to die?

Ryder, thinking this is a threat: I'm sorry

+ Ryder and Kristoff +

- Ryder is a reindeer expert and Kristoff (and Sven) are excited to learn! Since Ryder grew up in a tribe that focused mostly on reindeer herding (while Kristoff seemed to work more or less alone with Sven) I think he'd have way more reindeer related knowledge than Kristoff. Kinda like the difference between having a cat and owning a cat sanctuary. We know that Kristoff and Ryder hit it off real quick in F2, so I'm sure he'd be happy to teach Krisoff all about reindeer.

Ex: The reindeer, leapfrog whatever the Northuldra were doing in the prologue♡

Or in HTTYD (for another fantasy example) with Valka (who lived alone with thousands of dragons) vs Hiccup who only had a connection with Toothless and a few other dragons.

I think this gif best shows what I'm talking about since:

A) dog people love getting licked by dogs. Sven acts like a dog, sticks his tongue out a lot, and IRL reindeer stick their tongue out a lot

B) Ryder and Kristoff are already lowkey crackheads for speaking for the reindeer lol. So this is on brand.
