At this point, I have no clue as to when Disney is going to fix the error. I waited three hours for customer service! I get it’s busy and all- but this is insane. I was able to watch The Mandalorian and a fourth of The Lady and The Tramp, along with an episode of High School Musical. I was fortunate- but when I log in- I’m unable to see the que and instead see this message. How do I resolve this issue? CAN I? Is it worth calling and emailing AGAIN? Ugh- this is unbearable.
