Heal and Grow! I need to hold the keys to my feelings! These are the keys to my mental health! I can’t change the people who are determined to put me down! I can only change who I really let in; basically who I care about! Someone can really only hurt you so much if you don’t care about them! Hurt you much less if nothing else! This will require being as mindful as possible! It’s near impossible to completely control your feelings! Some people are just so toxic, and not worth it that cutting them out of your life ASAP is nothing but self-care! All so much easier said than done, truth be told, there is nothing I want more than to have a healthy life, and that’s always been impossible because I never did do what I needed to care for myself. I always allowed for people to hurt me. I care enough sometimes that the hurt is devastating! Enough is enough!
