Dissoalterpathy, is a dissocongi(link)/dissosease(link)/dissophysi(link) subterm connected to thinking one has one or multiple Alterpathic(link) identities and makes the person, whether it be because of delusional or IRL attachments, being an alter that condition differs from the body, psychosis, etc., feel disconnected from their external conditions. This is not for "fun" or voluntary "I wanna have this", this also doesn't override the external condition the person has.
