Leaving aside the issue of elementary school students who aren't old enough to access the material online themselves, speaking only to middle and high school students.
You are not creating video lessons specific to state standards and a specific ways students are tested on those standards.
You are not producing content such as interactive activities in applications like nearpod, canvas, quizz iz, Ed puzzle, etc to engage the students actively in their learning.
You are not grading students submissions, especially their writing, nor explaining their mistakes and how to improve on those many corrections or resubmissions
You are not scheduling times to talk one-on-one through teams or Skype with students struggling with the online format
You are not doing all of the above 150 or more students.
