florianne’s invitation to after parties around the city wasn’t due to any talent of her own. unless, of course, shopping thoughtfully and often swiping a credit card counted as a talent. her being friends with the right people meant that no door was really closed for flora. coy words or bribes usually got the woman whatever she wanted. and it’s how she’d managed to get out tonight, to the after party of some award show she hadn’t bothered to tune in to, where she looked no different from the room of a-listers. eventually, every night had to come to an end, but she’s thankful to have her assistant by her side. the two rarely separated, and to be honest the heiress treated them more as a friend who occasionally helped her out with schedules and meetings. she’d gotten a little bit out of hand, drinking far more than she’d intended to and leaving her drunkenly cuddled into the side of her assistant as they rode home in the back of an uber. she’s slightly incoherent, mumbling more than anything, ‘ you had fun tonight ... right? ’ she’s clutching onto the seatbelt to try and keep herself steady, ‘ ya .... ya know if you don’t wanna, like, go out with me you can just stay home, i’ll be .. i’m fine. ’
