This is the feature "Get to the heart of the matter" published in the Observer on 13/02/22 for a piece on love and therapy and how to stay together. . . . I made this illustration in a week when my 2 year old son was home sick. I have drawn more than 100 love couples. I had pain in my back, in my arm, in my shoulders and I had to work late at night because when you have a toddler awake at home it's impossible to work. It was a hard job in a quick time frame, but it was worth it and I am very happy with how it turned out!
