hanekoma doesn’t like his photo being taken. there are multiple reasons for it. some of them tied to the fact that he could be linked back to CAT if the ‘right person’ got their hands on them. there is also the fact that if he’s in a photo using a general camera; there is some sort of distortion in the image. it takes a really special type of camera (generally something occult in nature) to really get a good photo of him. the camera that he installed onto joshua’s phone is a perfect example of it.
there is a filter that he had added to joshua’s camera on his phone that when used shows the ‘truth’ in things. he can only take phone photo with it per a couple of days, but when used properly it can show hanekoma’s true angelic form. the screen of the camera will take a couple moments to focus, but when he does he is able to get a glimpse of the truely unnatural things that the producer has. for instance, multiple eyes. his wings are covered in them but as far as joshua can see they are just birdlike in nature. in photos, the eyes are quite hard to miss.
also in photos, hanekoma’s physical body eyes are gold behind his sunglasses instead of black. what is very eerie is all the eyes in the camera are focused on the one taking the photo.
it’s important to note, that if the camera is settled on him for too long. it will break the photo lense. this has happened twice. hanekoma had to fix it both times.
looking at hanekoma in the real ground, he is just a dull looking lanky middle aged man who needs to shave. what he will tell you is, he may not like having his photo taken but is rather fond of taking photos. he’s picked up quite the skill under CAT.
