“....”She’s silent. But only because she agrees. She understands. She knows. Nobody knows her business, unlike Sam, Lizzy takes her darkest hours so intensely seriously, and doesn’t fixate on them enough to let on how bad her days have gotten. Besides, that’s all in the past, there is absolutely no reason to linger on stuff that doesn’t matter anymore.
Sam has let his own problem slip to people, Lizzy refuses to call it a secret because that gives it some kind of glory- this isn’t glorious. It’s a mess. But Lizzy? Straight faced, composed when it matters, absolutely nobody knows her business like that.
But that means she gets it, she just can’t t e l l him that.
