1 Month Internship & IDC Special Offer

Downbelow's next PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC) takes place from 6 – 15 September in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Borneo and will be immediately followed by the PADI Instructor Examination on 16 & 17 September.

To further enhance your industry qualification, we recommend a 1 month internship to accompany your IDC.  

It gives you the opportunity to implement your new qualification in a real-world situation and up your experience, as well as insight into the inner workings of a busy PADI 5 Star IDC Dive Centre, such as our beach house dive centre on Gaya Island.

Our guests are from all walks of life, from single travelers to groups, and they take part in our wide range of activities from snorkeling to IDCs.

More than customer interaction though, a professional internship also allow the prospective or newly qualified Open Water Scuba Instructor to gain experience behind the scenes, in the daily operations of a busy dive centre.

Our next 1 Month IDC Internship starts on 26 August in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Borneo and leads up to the Instructor Development Course & Exam that runs from 6 - 17 September.
