Barbara Jones Books on pub shelves I sometimes think finding books is similar to water divining. I can be walking past a shelf of books, in this case in a pub, and something will make me pause, and take a book out. Perhaps it’s the paper, the shape of the spine, and it’s surprising how often a gem can lurk and seem to stick in the hand. In this case a Barbara Jones dustwrapper.
