To the anon asking about how long IIFA is: it is a 3 to 4 day affair. The one this year was 4 days officially (with some rehearsals happening before that). The first day they did a big party in the evening (the first of its kind for IIFA) which was free to the public, and then they had an Expo, fashion shows, workshops, short film screenings, concerts, etc. Only a couple of them are open to the public/free, but yes, they try to engage with the local community!
