Ugh unf omg I'm living for these recent posts of yours! First off, to the person who mentioned spooning tummy rubs--like, that is my weakness. I do it to my dude and it makes me melt. Aaaaaaaaa. And all this lovin on Hopper/David Habour's thick self is making me so happy. Any dumpstery thoughts on him in those tight white shirts in the Tide ads? Because I'm so here for that. (Sorry, I sound hella thirsty like damn.)

And seriously, I am just as thirsty as you. Like…my thoughts on David Harbour in the Tide commercial are basically just like “ALSJDHDHS I would eat a Tide pod for the opportunity to sit in his lap.” That’s what I’ve been reduced to.
But seriously. He’s so thick and gorgeous and he is having a fucking moment right now and it’s beautiful. Blessed.

GIRL. We have not really talked about this in the dumpster, actually. I mean, we’ve talked about Chris Pratt, OF COURSE, because he is married to One of Us, and he’s adorable, and he is sometimes fat and it’s a beautiful thing. But we have NOT talked about chubby Star Lord, specifically, and we really should.
I mean, look at him.
And like…he’s just got that good frame, right? Like the kind of man that you know could eat a pan of lasagna if you put it in front of him, and would never order light beer? You know the type.

I realized how out of practice I actually am with different angles and face shapes and whatnot. So these are some practice sketches from over the weekend. Luke Evans used as the reference (with a random Josh Gad and Seth Rollins for no reason sprinkled in).

Not sure what’s going to become of this, but I made it for fun on a whim, mostly.
It reminds me of the Star Trek roller derby series I started years ago and didn’t get far with. Now that I actually finished this, I think that’s my next series to pick up: fictional roller derby team logos.

The last one I had done was simpler and limited/private. But people were asking for it to be made public and more widely available, so not only am I doing that, I made a better one.

Not sure if I want to color it or add more line work and shade...
Lighting, shading, and general background work are all things I’m trying to practice more. I think here I need to try different brushes for the neon, like the oil brush.
