This homemade mustard recipe is quick, easy, and vegan-friendly. It offers a tangy and slightly sweet flavor profile, perfect for sandwiches, dressings, or dipping sauces.
Ingredients: 1/4 cup powdered mustard. 1/4 cup water. 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar. 1 tablespoon maple syrup. 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Instructions: Add water to a small bowl and mix the mustard powder in it until it's smooth. Put in salt, maple syrup, and apple cider vinegar. Mix everything together well. Put the mixture in a jar or other container that won't let air in. Put the dish in the fridge with the lid on for at least 24 hours to let the flavors mix. Before you use it, mix it well. If you need to, change the seasoning.
