Instead of bread toast, try sweet potato toast instead. It's both healthy and tasty. It's gluten-free, full of healthy ingredients, and you can make it your own by adding different toppings.
Ingredients: 2 medium sweet potatoes, sliced into 1/4-inch thick rounds. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Toppings of your choice avocado, tomato, hummus, etc..
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Put slices of sweet potato on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it. Put some olive oil on the sweet potato slices and salt and pepper them. After the oven is hot, bake the slices for 20 to 25 minutes, or until they are soft in the middle and slightly crispy around the edges. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit. Add your favorite toppings and serve right away.
