Confession: I've been living on carbs such as instant Ramen and box Mac n cheese for like. The last 6 months
Confession 2: my chronic illness literally inhibits my ability to digest carbs
Conclusion: hm I wonder why I've had like 0 energy it's not like this would happen to anyone even without my condition certainly

If you're in the same boat as I was, here are some HOT TIPS to eat MORE NUTRIENTS and VARIETY
Wash ur fruit when you buy it (you're buying fruit, right? Do that.) then when you wanna snack, you don't even have to think about it
Get you bags of frozen vegetables like frozen broccoli and then add some to whatever packaged food you been making. Like box Mac n cheese, for example. Or those instant cheese rices?
2 cans of tuna. 1 can of great northern beans. Whatever veggies you want - lettuce, cucumbers, tomato, celery, kale even, if that's your vibe. Lemon juice and garlic salt to taste. Boom. SUPER high in protein, it's got some good fiber in there and a variety of other good stuff yes
Avocado mashed with lemon juice and garlic salt spread on toast with furikake on top (should be available at most grocery stores in the asian section)
You can do all these in under 10 minutes. Hope it helps!!
