You can make your own vegan taco seasoning mix at home with things you already have in your kitchen. This seasoning mix doesn't have any added ingredients or preservatives, so you can enjoy tasty tacos without any extras you don't need.
Ingredients: 2 tbsp chili powder. 1 tbsp ground cumin. 1 tsp paprika. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1 tsp onion powder. 1/2 tsp oregano. 1/2 tsp smoked paprika. 1/2 tsp ground coriander. 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper optional. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Put everything in a small bowl and mix it together. Well blend until it's all mixed in. Keep in a cool, dry place in a container that won't let air in. If you're making tacos, use about 2 tablespoons of seasoning per pound of tofu, tempeh, textured vegetable protein, or vegetables that are vegan.
