July 2nd: Minneapolis Plans to Come Together For 22-Year-Old Woman Hit by Gunfire
Innocent bystander, 22-year-old Rikaya Wafford, was shot in the chest in Minneapolis while waiting in line for a pizza downtown. The shot occurred on June 3rd outside Pizza Luce at 3 a.m. and went through cement to hit both Rikaya and a police officer nearby.
