DJ Chris Chappell was the DJ at our wedding last week, and he was the best DJ we could have chosen! He had everyone out of their seats... people that NEVER dance were on the dance floor having the best time. He knew exactly what to play at exactly the right times. DJ Chris played his last song for the night, and my guests were chanting, “ONE MORE SONG!” Everyone told us that our wedding was the best one they had ever been to, and without DJ Chris it wouldn’t have been what it was. Thank you, Unique Sounds for everything!!

5 Star Review on The Knot for DJ Chris Chappell 4-29-17!

I could not say enough about our DJ experience with Unique Sounds. Jon, the owner, was incredible as we were vendor shopping and took the time out of his busy schedule for a consultation meeting. We knew then and there that we were booking with Unique Sounds!! Our DJ was Chris, and he was amazing. He took the time to reach out before the wedding so we could confirm every last detail, which was so appreciated because it turned out I forgot to include a recessional song! Then the day of, he was able to read our guests and get people on the dance floor. As a group we're not the best or most interested dancers, but even I couldn't stay off the dance floor because it was so fun!! We are so thankful that Chris was there for our wedding day, and could not recommend Unique Sounds more.

Chris Chappell Rocks!

I used DJ Chris Chappell for my October 2016 wedding, and even before the night ended, my guests were asking me for his reference info. He blew everyone away with his playlists, really read the crowd and picking songs based on who was there, surprised us 20 & 30 somethings with some classic 90s hits, and ran everything seamlessly. The feedback I have gotten from the majority of guests is that they've never seen so many people on the dance floor at a wedding, and I owe that to the amazing DJ! Communication leading up to the event was great, and as a result, he didn't have any last minute questions the day before or day of the wedding - which was important to me as a bride! I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

DJ Chris Chappell Rocks Another one!

This DJ service was great! They answered all of our questions in a timely manner, and the internet interface for choosing music is really easy to use. Our wedding (like many weddings) had a lot of different ages represented, and the DJ was practiced at starting out the evening with oldies before moving to more current music. He also had this ingenious strategy of getting people to dance around the table to claim centerpieces and then getting them all onto the dance floor. I wasn't sure what he was doing at the time, and it probably sounds weird if you're reading this, but just trust me that it worked! And people stayed on the dance floor the whole evening! Also, I highly recommend the photo booth add-on. We did that in lieu of party favors, and people loved it; plus Unique Sounds made a scrapbook for us with copies of all of the photos, plus notes from our friends. People kept commenting about how great the photo booth and DJ were; go with Unique Sounds!
