whatever you do don't think about the french youtubers grand prix from 2023 and how two french youtubers became best friends during the weeks they all spent getting ready and practicing for the event and then during the race one of them (max) crashed on the very first lap and the only thing the other one (sid) saw was his car being towed and max's childhood best friend crying on the big screen and for about 30 seconds he genuinely thought max had died

look at sid's eyes when he was finally able to ask someone if max was okay... that shit will haunt you bro

and then when the race started again he didn't perform as well as he could have considering his stats because he said that it was nearly impossible to focus back on the race

and then when the race ended he never left max's side and kept reassuring him (because max thought he fucked up the event)

this is the type of friendship everybody longs for methinks

J'ai des idées d'univers alternatifs en ce moment, pouah mon cerveau explose mdrr

Entre Frostpunk, Stardew Valley, et mon histoire sur Wattpad qu'honnetement j'écris lentement, parce qu'elle m'enjaille moins que d'autres projets, sachez que j'écris entre 1000 et 3500 mots par jour (week end exclu)

Alors je poste pas tout, puisque certains de mes écrits sont sur des univers que j'ai créés, totalement sortis de mon cerveau, mais je fais de mon mieux pour garder un équilibre entre ce que j'écris dans le coin de mon ordi, et ce que j'écris qui va finir sur Ao3 ou Wattpad, en sachant que j'ai au moins 4 projets parallèles pour cette deuxième catégorie, donc j'essaye aussi d'équilibrer entre les univers 😂

Vsy au moins je suis productif mdr, pour ce que ça vaut

I'm thinking about my favorite french youtubers (again) and how cute their friendships are and the way their little group was formed 🥹

like, first we have max and elian, they've been best friends since they were teenagers. they come from the same place (corsica) and both moved to paris and they're basically each other's anchors. they genuinely match each other's freaks and make me believe that platonic soulmates exist. like even max said he didn't think platonic love at first sight existed until he met elian.

then we have sid and manas, who used to be a part of a bigger group of friends but there was a big fallout and they are the remaining dynamic duo. they have a motto which always melts my heart whenever they say it : "we don't know where we're going but as long as we walk side by side, our fates are intertwined" and??? that is fucking adorable jesus

and both duos were great but then the most beautiful thing happened when max met sid, the duos merged together and created a friendship group that is, in my humble opinion, immaculate.

so yeah max and sid met and max said he felt the same thing he did for elian, platonic love at first sight. max is sid's little prince, sid is max's ray of sunshine (their words). they're THE youtube duo in france now, other youtubers often say that when they're looking for one of them the other'll be there because they've been inseparable since they met.

and obviously their best friends met each other and they became close too and they just have the softest of friendships.

and well, sid and elian became friends as well, to the point they even have projects together now without max and manas, just the two of them.

and manas and max are close, too. I remember a video where max was wearing a knight's armor so he asked manas to punch him to test it and manas hugged him instead and it was just adorable.
