I will not be convinced that there is only one 'n' in "Djinnjago" that is stupid I swear there used to be two and thus I will not change my mind and will not be saying Djinjago, only ever Djinnjago. Thank you and enjoy your life.

I think some people forget that the Cursed and Departed Realms are supposed to contain all souls from all of the other realms, not just Ninjago.

That being said, here are a few things to note about that fact.

(Also, I'm talking about this before the Merge happened, cus we know the lore now, so idk what you can use that information for, maybe for fics or whatever);

● Both realms are very heavily diverse in terms of species, etc. That alone raises a lot of possibilities and scenarios,

● Both realms are most likely the biggest in terms of size, so as to contain all those souls,

● There's a high chance that those two realms are also the most populated realms. Even if we compare those numbers with the population of the rest of the realms combined,

● Overall, the sudden overflow of souls from Djinnjago and the Cursed Realm and also probably the whole Merge fiasco if you wanna include that too,

Of course, these points will depend on how you view the realms before the Merge and how exactly they functioned, cus I know that people have different opinions on this topic and despite Morros lore drop, it was still kinda subtle and left room for analysis.

Realm Headcannons!

Ok, so I needed something to help cheer myself up a little, so everyone gets some deep lore headcannons about Ninjago's 16 Realms!

Most of the realms are really a full planet, and exist in their own independent star systems.

Some of the realms exist in other dimensions, or perhaps in their own pocket universes?

A few of those realms share the same star system with other realms (such as the Cursed Realm and Djinnjago).

It's totally possible to travel most (if not all, in one way or another) by spaceship.

Since no one on Ninjago seems to have the tech to travel faster than the speed of light, traveler's tea is still the only practical way to travel between realms.

When Ninjago was terraformed (Jago-formed?), the FSM gave everyone from all of the realms he'd visited the chance to come and live there.

Of all of the people who the FSM invited, only the people from a few worlds actually followed him to Ninjago.

The Djinn were forbidden from ever coming to Ninjago.

The FSM personally saw to it that every Djinn he found was returned to Djinnjago, or neutralized in some other way (like with the scrolls of Forbidden Spinjitsu).

At one time, the First Realm was the most technologically advanced world of all the realms.

It was the war between the Dragons and Oni that reduced it to a Mad Max-styled wasteland.

No one knows who created the realms, or how, if it wasn't the FSM, but many who don't worship the FSM believe that there's some other divine power and/or powers which chooses not to be seen (for what everyone can tell is apparently a very good reason).

Genie!jay au part 2

So it’s kind of weird that some of the murals are blocked off and under construction right? Jay wants to see what’s going on with that but they always seem to find a reason to pull him away

Eventually he is able to get away with a little distraction (a harmless prank really, they didn’t even need that statue) and sees the mural of Khanjikhan’s rule

He was a fierce warrior using the djinn blade skillfully in battle. But who were they fighting? That part of the mural was destroyed.

Upon questioning the other djinn citizens had no idea, but when prompting his royal advisers they behaved strangely. They were keeping something from him.

He demanded answers from his top adviser who finally confessed the parts of their hidden history

Djinnjago and the cursed realm are sister realms. They are connected in vital ways, acting as opposite and keeping balance. The djinn are made of wishes and hope while the ghosts are made of curses and death. They occupy the same space, before the cursed realm came to ninjago she lived with the djinn.

The two races were constantly at war for resources and space. The djinn being the superior race looked down on the ghosts like vermin. The cursed are always weaker but when neither side can be killed it’s impossible to win. It’s important to have a king because their use of infinite wishes is invaluable. Not only that but the sword of souls was specifically designed to hold the souls of ghosts.

With the reforming of their realms eventually the cursed realm will return to djinnjago and the war will begin anew. Which is why they needed jay. As their most skilled fighter and leader he was the perfect person to chose for their king.

Of course he finds this out after he though he had finally adjusted to the whole ordeal. Nothing ever seems to go his way. But maybe rather then get stuck in another war they can come to a different solution?

Cole’s a ghost. Just send him into the cursed realm for a little scouting mission. No big deal. Except you know until cole gets in a fight with the most powerful ghost there and becomes their prince.........whoops

Ok they can work with this. If Jay is the ruler of the djinn and Cole is prince of ghosts then they can just form a peace treaty. This actually worked out in their favor. Besides Cole getting stuck there.

Except for those old prejudices and lack of resources are still a big issue and no matter how close Cole and Jay are is going to change that so they have to come up with ways to make sure everything is equal and fair.

And even when that’s done there is still this invisible gap between the djinn and ghosts because of their differences. So hey what if they made an alliance. That being a marriage alliance ;)

They combine their two realms and just rule under Jay and Cole eventually being seen as one kingdom. The war is over for good and the ghosts and djinn live peacefully together. They are even allowed to come to ninjago! There are still struggles but nothing they can’t handle together.

And hey Cole gets a husband and free food for life. He couldn’t be happier

So i was watching TannerFishies since he's a big ninjago channel,and his last video made me think,like,a lot

In the video he basically explains that Zane and Nya are technically the characters with the highests kill counts in Ninjago,because:

Nya

When she unlocked her true potential and destroyed the preeminent(consequently destroying the Cursed Realm and it's sister realm,Djinnjago)she basically killed like,thousands of ghosts and djinns (it's interesting when you think that she indirectly killed Garmadon in the first place,and that Nadakhan was trying to marry the girl who destroyed his entire home and killed his people including his father)

Zane

When he became the Ice Emperor,he was probably persuaded by Vex into attacking the Yetis(Krag's species)and commit genocide against them,thus killing probably hundreds of yetis

So Zane and Nya are basically murderers if you think about it🙃
