Hey, I've been reading through your articles and tutorials (thanks for making then btw, very helpful! :3) but I have a quick question with your ward tutorial, when you say to paint "protective symbols/sigils" do you have any specific ones in mind? or could I use the symbols I do for enchantments on the astral plane?

Any symbols you decide! I use more "popular" ones like a star or a stop sign.
