Sunday roast al a Susanita style
Herby roast chicken - lemon , fresh garlic and assorted herbs including freshly grown lemon thyme , rosemary and oregano . With small red potatoes in their skin and sweet potatoes, carrots and a side of tendered broccoli with a sprinkle of golden flaxseeds
Protein and fibre fuelled meal:
Spicy baked pork shoulder in tomato sauce with 12 beans & carrots .
Simple protein filled lunch after exercise .
Scrambled eggs and smoked salmon
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt
Pinch of salt and pepper
Fresh or dried garlic
Paprika
Thyme
Cumin
Smoked salmon
