Drivers License Renewal at LTO DLRO Paseo Center Makati I recently renewed my drivers license at the LTO Drivers License Renewal Office at Paseo Center in Salcedo Village, Makati City. Since this is my first time to renew using the new LTMS Online Portal of the LTO, I found the process a little different compared to what I used to experience. I'll outline here my experience so that you would know what to expect. I was lucky that there is no lines when I arrived so I finished quickly. They said that this is the norm there. Things To Bring >> Old Expiring/Expired Drivers License Card >> PWD ID or Senior Citizens ID >> Cash >>>> PhP 600 for Medical Exam Certificate (20% off or PhP 480 for Persons With Disability and Senior Citizens) >>>> PhP 585 for LTO Renewal Fee Steps >> Register at the LTMS Online Portal online and take the course and exam there. Print a certificate there once you pass the exam. >> Once at Paseo Center Makati City, take an elevator or stairs going to the 3rd floor and look for the LTO Drivers License Renewal Office >> Proceed to Clinica Konsulta Medical Clinic found inside the LTO Office. >> Undergo a medical exam and pay a fee of PhP 600 to get the Medical Certificate. >> Go to the staff stationed near the clinic in order to finalize your application. WARNING: YOU WILL BE ASKED TO ENTER YOUR LTMS PASSWORD WHICH WILL BE VISIBLE TO EVERYONE THERE. IF YOU USED THE SAME BANKING PASSWORD THEN YOU WILL BE DISCLOSING IT THERE >> The staff will printout your application form and proceed to the cashier >> Follow instructions of cashier on taking your photograph, fingerprints, and signature then pay PhP 585 for the renewal fee >> Receive your new drivers license card That's it. One thing I noticed is that the words "Professional" or "Non-Professional" is NO longer being printed on the new driver's license card.
