song interpretations are dangerous cause who knows when some other info comes up to disprove it. like take hey now! listen to that song after learning about noel running away in LA 94 and going missing for days and you may think it was written about that. except he soundchecked the song in japan 94 just before LA. so he’s writing about running away before running away. what came first: the chicken or the egg?
