"It is what it is." AVOID using this statement, and be careful of those who do. This statement is one that is very common among those who have submitted and chosen to settle. They have the belief they can't change anything, nor do they feel any motivation to even try. This statement concerns me when someone says it. They say it as a means to copout of something. "Oh, I can't do anything, it is what it is." It is not what it is, it is what you allow, enable, settle, or submit to it being. That moment your son sits down with his friend, and decides to read him your chapter in a book. :) "We fall, we rise" was my debut as an international selling author! The book made it "Top 20" on Amazon. I find its very important your kids celebrate your victories with you. #DMBoddy

Our bodies are not built to become exhausted to appeal to others. We need our rest periods, and it doesn't matter what others say when you rest. Rest when YOU know you need to rest. I've been up until 3-4am the last 5 days, and then up at 6:30 or 7am. I've worked so hard the last 5 days on Boddyguards United, BUHeroes, and Hustle Zone...but now my body is telling me to get some sleep. Hence why my eyes are red, they were literally closing as I was typing. Lol. Hustling is all part of success, but so is sleep, proper eating, and frequent exercise. We can't ignore our bodies needs, bragging about hustling all night has its consequences, and your health doesn't give a shit who you're trying to impress. Take care of your health. Work as hard as you can..but as soon as your body gives a hint, LISTEN. Your health far outweighs any other form of wealth. It's genuinely number one. #DMBoddy

"Every morning you wake up is a day closer to when you won't." I want to create urgency with that statement, as it's 100% the truth. There's nothing worse than regret knowing you didn't do something..one of the most common regrets is not pursuing your passion. There's a reason for that, your passion is a huge part of you, thus if you're not living it or chasing it, you are not whole. There is a huge part of it missing...passion. Everyday make that your purpose...chasing your passion. #DMBoddy
