i just had the most vivid dream gauntlet hunger games meets ready player one dream that felt like it had continuity through multiple stages

there were health drops and weapon drops you could pick up. there were multiple players in the simulation but we chose to work together almost instinctively.

there was a double minotaur in a maze level where my teammates distracted them from the ground level while i scaled the outer ramparts and went into my inventory and only had a hand pistol which surprisingly had the necessary range and endless ammo to hit one of the more aggressive minotaurs and take it out so my teammates could take out the slower larger one.

when i first got entered the sim i saw a group of people walking down what looked like almost minecraft dungeon as they descended down deeper and left me behind. i called to them to wait for me and when i caught up with them i asked why they were leaving me and they said oh bc i was being tested and wasn’t getting up, and then they pointing out another girl i think ahead of the group walking who said she also had to get tested and woke up late within the game.

there were 3 stages.

before start:

- i remember needing to pee really bad and asking the director if i could pee and they said no i will have to hold it. i also remember in this room there was a gorgeous dining table where we all sat. they served us coffee that i only sipped because i didn’t want heart palpitations but it was the best tasting coffee i had ever had in my life. just a sip or two and it was so heavenly. then they said we would be walking up in the simulation so to prepare ourselves.

the first :

this was when i woke up “late” and had to catch up with the others. i think this was a haunted house stage but i can’t remember exactly.

the second:

this was the dual minotaur stage where i scaled the outer limits of the environment which looked like an all white bookshelf of some kind. it went up endlessly. oh yeah there were drops all over the place like health packs and weapons and everything

before the third:

and then the third was meant to be miles above the Earth and it was a solo stage that focused on you personally. i sat down in what looked like a waiting room. there were servants tidying up the place and there to provide water if we needed. i remember being in what looked like an empty theatre except there weren’t rows in front or behind me, just seats in a huge circular pattern.

i could hear voices or discussion of people “off screen” while the life movie sim began to play and i recall the sim was meant to scare me but bc i could hear ppl somewhere else arguing it kinda pulled my immersion and i felt safe bc it broke the immersion as well. i could tell the third stage was starting but then i slowly woke up in my bed.

THINGS TO NOTE:

- i am currently going through fluoxetine withdrawl but ive never had a fever dream like this before

- i have recently been into TADC, watching videos about dmt trips, had recently come across a tiktok post about a shared dream of being in a huge maze like bathroom stall locker room which i did have and commented https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTB8QbbJa/
