DMTN's Daniel and Cha No Ah receive their sentence for the marijuana case

[this was posted two days ago but still.. ^^]

The court has dealt out their sentencing today for the marijuana case involving DMTN's Daniel, Cha Seung Won's son Cha No Ah, and more.

The prosecution previously demanded a jail sentence of 1 year and a penalty of 6,690,500 KRW or 6,034 USD for Daniel, and the court has revealed their decision today.

On the 17th, the court stated, "Daniel acted as the intermediary in the selling of marijuana 12 times and sold marijuana 4 times." It is also said that although he previously denied smoking it in the very beginning of the investigation, after a hair strand test was conducted the prosecution found that he tested positive for it. And so today, the court sentenced him to 1 year in jail and a penalty of 7,160,000 KRW.

Regarding Daniel's plea for leniency last time, in which his lawyer argued that having grown up in the U.S., Daniel has a more relaxed attitude towards marijuana, the court stated, "Even if he has a weak recognition that smoking marijuana is illegal, it is still a crime. Especially selling and acting as the intermediary in selling is a major crime."

"Daniel has participated in the hearings and investigation seriously and diligently and he has also expressed that he will enlist in the military on his own and serve the country. Taking these factors into consideration, we have sentenced him to the minimum amount that we can give him based on the law."

As for Cha No Ah, the prosecution previously demanded a jail sentence of 10 months for smoking marijuana 2-3 times. However, the final sentence he received was lighter as the court gave him a suspended sentence of 6 month jail term suspended for 2 years (this means that if he does not cause further problems for the next 2 years on probation, the judge will usually throw out the jail sentence). The court did not expand much upon their reasons for their decision on Cha No Ah, but it seems because his offense is lighter compared to the others involved in the case, they awarded him a lighter sentence.

WTH IS GOING ON?!!!

So today I scrolling down YouTube when I saw some Nicole was leaving Kara. Ok not a really big fan so I scroll down to the comment s and get the shock of my life I see DONGHO IS LEAVING U-KISS!!? DA FUK?!! So I go to all k-pop and see he says he doesn't to be a celebrity anymore he wants to live a normal life. MY BABY IS LEAVING! I mean I always look forward to his part in songs and I hoped to see them all together when they won there first award in Korea and now I see this!! AHH!!! I'm rushed but I do understand he doesn't want to a celebrity anymore but was just soo sudden to me an some how I feel angry and sad for not knowing. Then I scroll down even more and I see Dongho took a picture looking sad saying he wish people would stop taking pictures of him. Hah! Again with these fans like damn give a break he just left and you guys are hounding him like damn dogs! Like get a life an stop being in his if he doesn't want you in it!! And on top of that i go to All k-pop's home page and I see Daniel from DMTN so I click on it and it starts talking about his Mary Jane incident saying he has to pay a fine of 6,034$ USD or 6,690,500 KRW. Alright that's only right he did do something wrong but then I see 1 YEAR JAIL TIME. I died Daniel is going to jail for 1 yr. A YEAR my heart can't handle that. I've been with this group since they debuted with Round 1 back when still had dayday when dayday left when they had that shit with there company and when they came back I was there and I seen them grow an now I see Daniel go to jail and have to pay this fine. My heart hurts. My heart just heart from him. Then i read even more an it says they tested Daniel hair for Mary Jane and it tested positive. Not his urine his hair The hell of course it's going to test positive he was around it when people were probably smoking it so it stuck to him. I mean it's the same thing with smoking cigarettes it sticks to you even though not the person smoking it. Also that other guy that was with him get's 6 MONTHS!!! HELL MOTHERFUCKING NO!! IF HE WAS IN IT THEN HE DESERVE A MOTHERFUCKING YEAR TO NOT NO DAMN 6 MONTHS!!! Wtf! Soo you telling me this boys get's six months and NO fine and a 2 year probation. That shit aint fair. That at fair at all then the court doesn't want to tell the people why his sentence is shorter than Daniel's. Why cuz somebody paid your asses off?! An to put the mother fucking cherry on top. To put the cherry on top he wasn't the only one who got caught smoking weed. Yea y'all remember GD?? Yea let's rewind this shit! GD smoked it and he was a slap on the wrist because he was a first time offender. Where's Daniel slap on the wrist?! Huh?!! GD even got to go on a Tv and tell the real truth how Daniel can't get to do that like Gd?! Fuck that shit. It aint fair. Talking about he never smelled weed before so he didn't know wat it was. Bitch you don't have smell weed ever in your life to know that something feels funny about it. If you knew how cigarette smoke smells like and it the smell id different that should automatically set off alarm no if your drunk or not. You know when something is wrong. But it's just like the girl said this is the same country that lets there men get drunk as fuck and yell on the streets. Getting shit faced and promotes it but you don't want to give a drunk a year in jail even though he can potentially hurt somebody. But you want to give a boy a year in jail for some damn weed not to mention he's doubly charged. South Korea get your shit together. Cuz ya shit is just fall the hell apart. Get your life and have plenty of seats. Cuz the shit you doing aint fair in no kinda way. My heart goes out to all 3 of you guys and I hope Daniel comes back safe an hopefully he wont leave the group as well.
