2: What’s a secret about your character that your party doesn’t know???

Oof, I would answer, but we’re in the same party and then it wouldn’t be a secret 👀👀👀

Just kidding! A secret about my character is that Anakis carries around a vial with a worm inside for good luck! The reason why she keeps the worm vial is because her father and three older siblings had gotten it for her as a parting gift before she went to study with a traveling scholar! She’s very close to her family and she knew that they had little money to buy such a gift, so she takes it everywhere she goes!

24 for yuri!

24. Where did their name come from? Does it have meaning?

Oh -- good question!

Yuri was born Yara, and changed his name when he was around five or six years old. He chose Yuri when a random stranger came into the small town he was born in and he had serious gender envy. Yuri (in Russian) means 'farmer' (which is doubly funny as his boyfriend's name, Niram, means cultivated field, heh). Galkin isn't his true last name, but a moniker his family adopted as they were being hunted by assassins, and it means 'Jackdaw', like the bird. Yuri's true last name is Zyzne'pola, which means fertile field in Polish.

(In the game where Yuri grows up is basically a mix of Poland, Russia and Finland so the languages are all squashed together).
