Anthony getting choked up at the very end with Dood making an appearance that was supposed to be bittersweet but everyone else basically going "no you don't get to make this sad we are having fun and you're dancing with us, lasso time motherfucker" was the best note to end on. They survived, they succeeded, they got to be adults, and you're gonna fucking dance with them. C'mon. They spent enough time mourning and growing, now they get to party.

Anthony saying Dood is nonbinary in that last moment was so so special to me. I can't remember if it was actually ever said before, only implied by pronouns and such. And I know there's already multiple canonically queer characters but we've really only seen it through sexuality before Dood. Explicitly stating they're nonbinary is such a small thing to do but so important.
