You were still in the ground when the corruption beam hit Earth, that’s why you’re still yourself! Not to mention all that extra time and pressure giving you your unique stature… Say, how old are you, kid? MARTY: Oh, uh… Seventeen, I think, give or take a couple– DOC: Seventeen hundred years… Why, that’s nothing! That means– MARTY: Ah, no, just. Seventeen. Period. DOC: Seventeen years?? MARTY: Mhm. DOC: You're just seventeen ears old?? MARTY: Yup! DOC: Great SCOTT! The latest doodad I’ve been working on is older than that! Hell, I’ve spent longer than that on a quick walk!  ... DOC: I will put this in human terms: you are a literal fetus.
