How to stop Doc Martens rubbing at the back of your foot/ heel:
(Using the stuff shown in the second photo)
•take the laces out altogether
• use the blister plasters to cover any creases or folds in the back of the boot (I used all five of the ones in the packet -2/3 in each)
•carefully put them on again to see if you have the right parts covered (laces still out)
• cut enough tape to cover the back of the boot top to bottom with enough to put an inch or so down on the sole on the inside
•stick the tape down, starting with the sole and carefully press in over the back until you get to the top, cut off anything left over.
*try to keep the tape as flat as possible ~ if there are any creases in it consider putting another layer of tape on top*
