It's York University (Toronto, Canada) and it has some of the best clubs ever! The Ministry of Magic has been around for a year and it has a feast at the beginning of the school year where you can get sorted and meet people in your house and there are magic classes and movie nights and a serious hardcore quittage team (with uniforms) and a whole bunch of events from the Harry Potter books.
