Doctor’s Notes

Today I’m having a procedure to see if the a VSG is right for me. My biggest concern was acid reflex so they are testing to see if it’ll be a problem for me. I wish I made my appointment earlier because I had to reschedule my workout to this evening because I can’t consume anything, even water. 

My whole body is sore and I love it, it means working out everyday is really doing something. Can’t wait to work on abs tonight and I want to up the intensity of my cardio. Let’s go!

If you were offered a shot to write your muse in canon, would you? HELL YEAH HELL YEAH HELL FUCKIN' YEAH. TC's backstory is such a jumbled, incoherent mess that doesn't make any sense at all with how borked the timeline is. I can see how the show wanted to comment on the mishandling and effects of Operation Enduring Freedom on the military and how its lack of support for the soldiers led to suicide rates that matched the general population and their unique struggles, but they wrote it about eight years too late.  Rumsfeld visiting a base under the Obama administration when he'd laid low ever since his resignation in 2006? Please. TC should probably be in his forties if that was what they wanted to do, so I aged him up as much as I plausibly could and tooled around with his timeline to make his service seem more realistic.

Would you voice act your character if given the chance? Nah. My American accent is better than his actor's (which is to be expected with him hailing from Ireland and all), but he is a dude and has acted TC beautifully. Plus an adult-oriented TV show isn't exactly a medium that might end up being animated.

What is your character’s favorite book?

What languages does your character speak? Besides English, TC took several years of Spanish and learned elementary Dari and Pashto while serving in Afghanistan.

Has your character ever been in jail? He woke up in a jail cell in the first episode, but I'm pretty sure that was just part of the police station. Otherwise, no.

Does your character DESERVE to be in jail? No. He killed enemy soldiers while in the war and gets in the occasional bar fight, but otherwise, he's pretty clean cut.

Does your character have a “type”? His type is Jordan exclusively, though he tends to like strong, competent women who can dish out as much as they take.

If your character could kill any one person without repercussion, who would it be? Probably the shooter who almost cost Topher his life, killed Dwayne, and was going to kidnap Jordan.

Who is your character’s best friend? Topher. They're like brothers.

Who is your character’s worst enemy? TC doesn't really have any enemies. The stuff with Ragosa kind of settled out after a couple episodes and to say Scott is an enemy would not only be him making things worse for Jordan, but imply that he might have a chance over TC.

Who is your character’s role model? TC kind of looks up to Topher for having his shit together so well, but he'd never tell him.
