“A Muppet Family Christmas” is always one of my favorite holiday specials. A must-watch for me and my family each year. It first aired on December 16th, 1987, I remember watching it that night. You can find this on older VHS, DVD, pirated copies plus its on YouTube. It features a pretty large crossover of all the Henson properties at the time before the Disney acquisition... The Muppets, Muppet Babies, Sesame Street and Fraggle Rock. The Muppets travel to Fozzie Bear’s mom’s house unannounced to surprise her, when the whole time she was preparing to leave for a Christmas vacation in Malibu. Of course the story builds from there.
