Can you say disbarred? I can. And yes this is healing for me. It grounds me because these people have tried to use my mental health struggles against me and I start to believe I'm imagining things. Then I search and search and there it is in writing and date stamped. I'm not a liar. I'm not delusional. I have trauma induced mental illness.
