MMR Certification of Immunization (예방접종증명서)
*This document must be uploaded to the Patient Portal before the start of the semester*
The is a Certification of Immunization, which can be issued at a local public health center (보건소) for free. (I’m not sure, but they may charge). Ask for the English version, and they will print you out a copy that looks like this (or very similar!). Even if you have one, I think it would be best to keep the latest date of the document.
The closest health center for me was Songpa health center, so I called to check, and went and received my document.
You must bring:
1. Your ID
2. Cash (just in case)
