Hot Wheels '78 Dodge Li'l Red Express Pickup #dodge #hotwheels Special variant of the 1978 Dodge D-series pickup. The Li'l Red Express truck version was only used for the 1978 and 1979 model years and was part of the third generation of the Dodge D-series from 1972-1980.
