DGG04 with Melkeveien
SO, we are about to go on air... tonight i have Melkeveien in the studio with me. Pretty lucky.
Norwegian producer Melkeveien, also known as Kristian Møller Johansen, is an up and coming figure in the Scandinavian electronic music-scene and founder of Dødpop Records. Hailing from the dark woods of Hamar, Norway, he spent his upbringing listening to hip hop, cold wave and black metal with a deep passion for producing electronic music. The last couple of years Kris, as well as releasing many a great 7" and 12" on Dødpop, has toured and played venues and festivals in Spain, Czech Republic, Poland, Germany and Austria as well as most of the Scandinavian countries. He is currently working on finishing his debut EP as Melkeveien. He is tonight premiering exclusivly for BCR and Anika not one, but TWO of his newest productions that are being released within the next couple of weeks!
I'll start by playing some random stuff. all vinyl tonight. My computer broke. Also my phone, my internet, all things.
