Update on Curology
So yesterday i got an email from Curology and they generally just i guess you could say “introduced” me to my Dermatologist that chose the leave on formula. I really don’t know if i’m allowed to say my Dermatologists name, but she did right in an email that she reviewed the photos that i sent and “prescribed” a leave on cream w/ active ingredients that include Azelaic acid which fights dark spots in advance to its antibacterial, antifungal and pore- unclogging properties, Clindamycin, which is an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory with powerful effects against acne-causing bacteria, and lastly; Niacinamide, a form of vitamin B3 that acts as an antioxidant, reducing inflamation, hyperpigmentation and fine lines. She also suggested that i change my skincare routine so that i gradually introduce curology into my routine. I’ll add a picture of the email. Lastly she just reminded me that she would check in in two weeks to see if the product is working well or if it’s causing any problems. That’s all the info that i have right now, but i do look forward to see if the product will work or if it’s just like any other prescription acne medication i’ve tried in the past. I’ll keep you updated:)
