Long plot post. (spoiler: Does not end well)
Hyde and Xavier were sent by Jekyll to find out more about Stone’s newest solider. They were at the bay across from Arkham, a perfect cover for what was going to happen seeing as the events of Joker’s take over of Arkham was happening at this very moment. Helicopters surrounding the asylum and the noises of the rooftop clash would cover the sounds of stolen Titan formula injected with the HJ10 into Stone’s best and strongest.
The two stood on the shoreline when Stone himself came floating on on a shipping boat, he stood on top of a single crate.
“Well hello Hyde. Oh and Xavier too? My dear lad, I would recommend you leave now. Bad things happen to children who don’t follow the rules after all,”
“Bite a bullet Stone,” Xavier sneered.
“Such hostility Xavier. I see Hyde has taught you well...he taught me well too...best way to fight a pest is to use pesticide after all,” he leaned down and banged against the crate.
“What do you mean Stone?” Hyde questioned.
“Oh, so glad you asked my lovable bastard. Say hello. To my pesticide. Oh Tony! Get them boy!” he pulled out a small trigger and clicked it, resulting in a small explosion on the lock to the crate. Suddenly a massive brute broke through the crate and onto the bay.
“What....the...fuck?” Hyde was honestly surprised and taken back. Bad move Eddie.
“Hyde move!” Xavier started pulling on him as the Titan, HJ infused monster came roaring toward him, “shoot first ask questions later! Isn’t that your philosophy anyway?” he smirked.
“Yeah yeah of course!” he shook his head and pulled his gun, “hey ugly! Come and get it!” he began shooting, the bullets sinking into the beast but not doing anything. It rushed toward them, Hyde jumped out of the way. Xavier wasn’t so lucky, the monster sidelined him with his forearm; it sent him flying and cracked a few ribs. He let out an pain of anguish but struggled to get up nonetheless. Hyde looked around and noticed the water around them, “Xave! How dense you think this monster is?”
“Mental? Less than you,” he chuckled out but had to stop due to the pain, “physically I’d say pretty damn dense!”
“Perfect! Hey boy! Come and get it!” he ran to a higher point in the shoreline that overlooked a small cliff into the brim below. It went running toward the assassin when the sound of a car pulling up could be heard. It was the doctor and....Carrie? The beast turned and noticed, starting to rush toward them instead. Xavier saw this and painfully began sprinting toward them, adrenaline flooding over him. He leapt up and landed around the beast’s neck.
“Xavier! What are you-that’s Jekyll car!” Hyde shook his head, “figure you can figure out my plan!?”
“Yeah!” he began pulling on the monster to lead it to the cliff, “Have a few guesses!” Hyde began to shoot off his gun, luring the goon toward him. It would occasionally start to wonder but Xavier kept it straight.
A single helicopter flew over the Jekyll’s car and Stone troops began to climb down, “Shit,” Hyde cussed, “Xave! Take care of this! I need to go help the doc!” he rushed off to aid them. The beast, once again, began to turn.
“No no big boy, we’re going for a dip,” it was no use, the beast turned. Xavier was thrown off and tossed right next to the cliff. He slowly got up as the beast began running. He took out his gun and shot it in the shoulder, “Focus on me you useless bastard!” he spat out, blood accompanying it. The Titan goon turned and roared out. Rushing toward him, he looked at the cliff and back at the surroundings. The beast was coming in red but he managed to pull out his phone.

The beast hit into him, momentum carrying both of them into the cold water below.
