Ode to Crossfit.
I miss crossfit. I have no motivation anymore. I work out approximately twice a week and eat well approximately two days a week. This. Has. To. Stop. I paid for a summer gym membership at my old gym thinking it would help. Initially it did, but ultimately I never felt the way I did emotionally when I was doing crossfit 3-4 days a week. My new work schedule is perfect with the crossfit schedule so I think I'm just gonna go back. I need to. It's worth the money. Then, hopefully the positive eating environment and continued working out will bring on smarter eating habits.
