this shit is the number one reason i avoid wolverhampton

they have some alright gigs there sometimes tho, that’s the redeeming feature of wolverhampton, whereas coventry is awful at everything. the only nice thing in coventry is the cathedral and even then that’s only bc of existential dread

Thank you all so much! We’re healthy and happy and doing great at home. She’s already changed a ton in the last ten days, and she’s absolutely a daddy’s girl- it’s so cute to watch her look at my husband in sheer adoration.

I’m so freaking happy right now that I feel like I could explode glitter rainbows all over everything.

have you seen the io9 recap for Arrow? It's quite funny, and one of the subheadings is called 'Fifty shades of Ray'. The fact that it is possible to compare Ray to that book, shows just how much a creepazoid he really is.

I was so worried that they'd give Iris the Laurel treatment and make her super unlikable, but that first interaction with Barry was so sweet and lovely and had me squealing! The only thing bad about the ship is that damn pretty boy inspector stopping it from sailing (which I guess is okay 'cause we all need some angst now and then)

They learned their lesson with Laurel/KC. They did a chemistry test between Grant and Candice, and then wrote a likable background (who doesn't love best friends since 5ever?) for Westallen and then put interactions that work and make us all melt when watch. I find them perfect and in the right track. They remind me FitzSimmons from AOS, which is good. In a way. Somehow. *bursts in tears* Nevermind.

Now now now, repeat after me: SLOOOOOOOOOOW BUUUUUUUURN

It'll take time until they get there, like three seasons. But let's hope they'll get there ahahaha

Oh yeah, definitely agree with you on the happy thing. The scene at the beginning came out of no where, especially because we've not really had scenes like that before when it comes to Oliver and Sara. I get why they did it, to show character growth and all that, but I think without it they breakup would have made a lot more sense, because up until then, there weren't really any lovey dovey scenes.

let's just add it to the list of things that don't make sense.

I don't think it was too rushed, I certainly didn't expect it would happen till the last episode, and I wouldn't have been surprised if they kept it till next season, but they've definitely been laying the groundwork, Oliver and Sara have been getting into (admittedly small) altercations about it. As soon as I saw the catching up bit at the beginning of the episode I knew it was coming and why.

Yeah, I agree that they've been laying the ground work. And honestly, as much as I like Sara, Oliver and Sara were never meant to work out. So this break-up was inevitable.

But I wanted them to do it in an episode that didn't have them happy at all. Because if you're happy and have one specific problem, you talk it out, but if you're constantly unhappy and don't want to talk it out, that's more believable. idk, just my opinion.

but I can see why they did it when they did. It's kind of hard to break up with someone who just lost his mother.

Then again, I think the Moira death was rushed too, so...
