hi I have more Cat & Dog Jarthur AU sketches that I keep forgetting to post

couldn't stop thinking about the Butcher confrontation scene in this AU being an even more egregious glass house situation than it already was in canon

I was also reminded that declawing exists, and thought that might be a fitting way to reduce John's capacity to physically protect (or hurt) Arthur. As well as it just feeling thematically/symbolically relevant to his whole situation, being defenseless and vulnerable now in a way he never has been before. Being a little domestic house cat covers some of that already, but y'know

also. I had to stick the two butcher ones together to avoid the extreme verticality of the just-Arthur one ruining everything, so here they are separately for better quality and whatnot:

the only drawing of him I have rn is like vaguely just straight up a wolf, but when I typed "irish hunting dog" into the search bar to find something more specific and fitting for him this thing popped up and I swear it actually kinda looks like fanon butcher
