my half of a trade for avvy!!! she wanted a cute earwig!!! this was very fun and an honor to do!! i included the development sketches, and the final-ish design is at the bottom!

also good news, my tablet is up and running again!! all i needed to do was buy a new usb cord!

there was even an ep of the anime where a girl wasnt fighting her psyduck (thought it was too rough/cruel to do) and it was miserable bc its apparently important stimulation & communication/bonding exercise!

this was actually in response to a podcast who watched one episode (albeit one of the weirder ones) and then talked about it. But yeah it’s abundantly clear in the series that Pokemon LIKE to fight each other, Pokemon battles aren’t supposed to result in actual harm, and that it’s both difficult and cruel in the universe to force a Pokemon to fight when it doesn’t want to. I’m so tired of Pokemon is animal abuse lol!!! jokes please make it end

i always luved these things at fleamarkets and craft fairs i had a buncha lil bean lizards. their texture is super nice

there used to be a person who had a stand at this yearly big craft fair thing and that’s where I got the ones I have, but they haven’t been there the past few years and I’m bummed because now I want a really big one
