It seems at least one of your patients annoys you. Constantly. Yet you don't 'do anything' about it. Have you ever had a client for dinner? Do you have a policy against it, or is it just because it's easier not to get caught that way?

I chose to take them as my patients, and they do not annoy me but some are somewhat harder to handle. They are just my patients and not my dinner.
