Do I just need to chill at off-leash parks?

Took my dog to an off-leash park the other day and she had the time of her life… meanwhile I was low-key stressing the whole time 😅 Most of the dogs were sweet, but a couple got a little too rough and I couldn’t stop hovering. She was fine, but I couldn’t relax. For those of you who do this all the time, do you just learn to chill out eventually, or do you have tricks for keeping things safe without being the overprotective dog parent in the corner? Would love to hear how you handle it!
