My fakemon that I entered into Smogon’s CAP project. The idea was a Capmon that relies on turn-based moves like Doom Desire and Future Sight. I decided to go with a Dogū 土偶 design, an already ominous figure. Sand courses through its mechanical body allowing it to shift its weight, while its detachable limbs can be used to focus attacks. It would be found in harsh desert areas, caves, and ruins. I call it Doguard. Congrats to the winner of the competition, and all the great designs. I still personally love this guy and wanted to put it out there.
