Doing the Job...
Read a great, good, ok, bad story and do what you have to or can do to make it good, better, even better, excellent.
That is the job; read the work of others as they read yours. Ask questions, add or take away thoughts or lack thereof.
Collaborate with others in the same field or work on your own to create the best work you can.
Allow ideas to come and go but the ones that stay are shared and buffed out to make them gold; that is the job; to create something important and precious.
