1000: try to repair what ive broken (I reached out to a old friend to try to fix it)
1500: take my meds (took them this morning)
2000: go out and spend time irl with my bsf (we have smth planned)
5000: reach out to someone i care about
9000: clean my old cuts that are probably infected atp
10000: try to recover from my ed
15000: we get here whoever makes me get there can pick
